Bedroom in Quillen High-rise Graduate Housing. Very close to main campus. Apartment is a two-bedroom efficiency, double occupancy. Two bedrooms, one bath with a kitchen. Only ONE bedroom is being offered to sublet.

I am a PhD student hoping to sublet my room to a male roommate while I am away for the summer. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the center of campus and in very close proximity to the public buses Stanford provides to Stanford affiliates. The bedroom is in the 11th floor, but there are working elevators. Right outside the building is a nice place to sit under some trees and a space to grill, if desired.

To whoever wishes to sublet this bedroom in the apartment, note that you will be sharing the space with a roommate, who is a second-year (male) PhD student. Also note that there is construction happening right next to the building, but it is bearable and not a problem at all. The kitchen is also furnished.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to sublet. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are NOT eligible to sublet.

Price: $886/month

Dates: June 15 - August 18 (2 months)

Facilities: Free facilities include bike parking, FREE laundry on the first floor, a TV lounge with sofas, a study lounge, a ping pong room, and a piano room.

Utilities: Rent includes the following utilities: heat, electricity, water, gas, laundry, and WiFi internet.

Parking: There is some parking available outside the building over the summer, but you must purchase a parking permit that can be purchased online via the Stanford website.
