The apartment: Two-story 3 bedroom apartment with a large furnished living room, kitchen, and outdoor garden area, a 3 minute walk to University Avenue. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (one master, and two with a shared bathroom). The neighborhood is quiet, right next to a park, and gives easy access to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford, Caltrain station, etc.

Timeline: One of our roommates is moving out and we're looking for someone to sign a yearlong (or possible half-year) lease starting at the beginning of August.

Us: We're male Stanford graduate students who work hard but also like to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. Looking for someone easy-going and friendly, no gender preference.

Price: ~$1450 / mo.
