Bedroom & Office in PA - $1200/mo, Sept 2012-Sept 2013

I have two rooms available in a three bedroom house, a 10-minute bike-ride to campus and very close to the Marguerite, Trader Joe's, etc. The house is small though so I'm looking for one person (female preferred) to rent both rooms for $1200 per month starting immediately.

I'm in my late-twenties and am looking for someone older and mature. I like a clean, quiet house that's good for studying, relaxing, and the occasional dinner party. Please note that I have a 4 year old cat as well.

First month's rent ($1200) and security deposit ($1200) required. Washer & Dryer in the house. Parking spot available. No smoking. Message me if you're interested and let me know a little bit about yourself!
