Hey there! I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends May 2020, as I've had to relocate for work. Females only since you will be sharing a bathroom with another female.
A little bit about the room:
Private bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Home is shared with only one other female professional. There is a washer and dryer and plenty of parking. It's a 14 minute walk to the Sunnyvale Caltrain Station which makes it fairly easy to get up to campus and a literal 3 minute drive to Target. Highway 101 is also very close by. Also very close to downtown Sunnyvale which has cute little cafes and restaurants!
Looking to have someone move-in before or by November 23, however I do have some flexibility with the move in date!
