The bedroom comes with hard flooring and walk-in closet. The bedroom can be furnished with bed frame and mattress if needed, or unfurnished. As part of the housing complex, there is also a swimming pool for your access.
LOCATION:
The house is within proximity to Stanford (20 min bike), San Antonio Shopping Center (Walmart, Trader Joe's) & Caltrain (20 min walk or 10 min bike), California Ave Caltrain (10 min bike).
RENT:
Rental is $1450/month. Security deposit of $1000 is refundable upon moving out.
TERMS:
Long term stay (minimum 6 months) is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
No pets allowed (we already have a cat in the house); no smoking, no drugs.
