- Brand new, quiet, and clean apartment building
- Right across the street from Santa Clara Caltrain Station (taking Caltrain to Stanford is probably more comfortable than the bus)
- 1150 sq. ft, 2 bed 2 bath (we each get a bedroom, bathroom, and half the shelfspace/fridge/countertop/storage)
- 15 ft ceilings with huge windows and patio
- Plank flooring throughout the unit
- Washer and dryer in unit
- Other nice details include: smart air-conditioning, soft-closing cabinets, keyless entry, etc.

About your room:

- Walk-in closet that can to be converted to a den (I have converted by closet into my bedroom and using the bedroom as office!)
