Options are an official sublease (minimum 3 months) or you can take over my spot on the lease.
Move-in date is June 18th (flexible).

- Rent: $1,450/month ($3520 for entire 3bed/2bath)
- We grabbed a great rent price for this 3b/2b in Avalon Mountain View that is no longer offered! (Rent price for our 3-bedroom is normally ~$4,400)
- Utilities + internet:
$50/month/person ($150 across 3 people)
- One-time refundable security deposit: $250/person ($750 for entire unit)
- One-time application fee: $30

Total square footage is very generous: 10’ x 24’ = 240 sq. ft.
Large bedroom
- 10’ x 13’ = 130 sq. ft. (doesn’t include hallway, walk-in closet, or bathroom)
- Large enough for bed and office area (or lounge area w/ couch!)
- Spacious enough for you to also do at-home yoga & HIIT workouts
