Bedroom with shared bath available ASAP

We have a beautiful bedroom with a shared bathroom available in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom Mountain View apartment available April 9. The room has a large built in closet and plenty of space for a full/queen bed, dresser, and maybe a desk! We have a washer and dryer in unit (woohoo!), plus wonderful pools, hot tubs, fitness centers and more outdoor amenities within the larger complex. The common areas of the apartment are furnished, but we are open to adding a few more items if you have furniture too. We are a 1-mile walk to the Mountain View CalTrain stop and downtown Mountain View! We would prefer someone who is available long-term. Rent is about $1,310.00 per month, not including PG&E and internet.

Roommates are two females in their mid twenties. One roommate has a rescue dog so please be comfortable living with a dog.

We love keeping our apartment clean and tidy and expect everyone to clean up after themselves and commit to cleaning common areas as well. We like having friends over occasionally, but are respectful of each others space and privacy. Overall clear communication is of the utmost priority to a safe and respectful home.
