"I've got a very dear friend looking for a roommate in Belmont. This is for the master bedroom, with a large bathroom, two closets, vaulted ceilings, a door to your own patio with full use of the large back yard, and all of the house, which includes a wonderful kitchen, dining room, family room and laundry room. The house has very easy access to 101 and 280 and walking distance to the train in Belmont. Let me know if anyone is interested. She needs to move on this quick. She has 30 days to find a roommate or move out. She is a lovely person who just returned from her almost 200-mile Camino de Santiago walk in Spain.
