Bernal Heights SF bedroom in three-bedroom apartment

There is a sun-filled room opening up in our beautiful Bernal Heights apartment with views of Precita Park! The apartment is 3 bed/1 bath, and we’re looking for a longterm roommate.

Room - Unfurnished. (Bed is available for purchase.) Bright with large windows and a nice closet. Bed pictured is a full size bed, so there’s space for a desk and bookshelf. The room has hardwood floors and great light. Rent is $1,350/month including utilities (except for wifi and monthly cleaner) + $1,000 security deposit. This is a really great deal for a room in a clean apartment in an amazing location with conscientious roommates.

The Apartment:
Newly renovated and mostly furnished with high-end kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer downstairs, comfy living room with couch, storage space, hardwood floors. The kitchen is huge and great for cooking. Street parking is easy to find in the area.

The communal couch was just purchased at the end of March, so we are requesting that the incoming roommate contributes $80 at move in to cover the cost.

The Neighborhood:
We’re right on the corner of Precita Park, so there is a really lovely, friendly vibe. We’re within easy walking distance to Cortland and the heart of the Mission, so tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. Both parking and public transportation are easily accessible (15 min walk to 24th St Bart). We are a five minute walk (or less) from Bernal Hill Heights park.

The Roommates:
M: I am a lecturer at Stanford and commute to campus a few days a week. I just moved to SF and am enjoying exploring the city on the weekends, including going out to hear live music and taking dance, yoga, and meditation classes.

D: In my late 20s and I work full time as a UX Designer in the city from 9-6pm. I'm easygoing, clean, and quiet. I like games, yoga, rock climbing, biking, reading, and I cook every day during the week. I’m looking for people who are laid-back, clean, and respectful of the space to share this beautiful apartment.
