The Bernal Heights location is amazing and part of the reason why I would like to stay-
< 2 miles from 22nd St. Caltrain (34 min ride on Bullet to Stanford)
0.3 miles to 24th St. BART station
Cafes and great restaurants within blocks
About the house:
This place is ideal for male or female 20 or 30-somethings, working professionals and students (like me). Looking for easy-going and courteous individuals who don't mind living with a female (that's me).
The landlord employs a no smoking/pets policy
Quiet hours from 10pm-9am so not looking for partiers
We do not have a cleaning service- just clean up after ourselves and delegate chores
Includes: Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and other updated appliances, lots of attic and basement storage for bikes/boxes, designated parking spot, large backyard for bbqs etc.
Room: Ideal for couples
$1800/month + designated parking space next to house/utilities included
Large room can fit a queen/king bed…etc. etc.
There is also a large closet with storage in a sizable built-in cubby above
Requirements per landlord:
1 year lease
Deposit = $2,700 (this is 1.5x rent)
Rent: $1800
Good credit (credit check performed)
Move-in date- end of October
