Big and light room in wonderful house in downtown PA from April

I am leaving the US so my room is up for grabs from April on. Our current contract ends in August but it could be extended if desired.

Living in this house has made living in the Bay Area so much better for me. It is incredibly pretty (even has two very tall palmtrees in the garden) and has a very friendly atmosphere. The housemates are awesome! They are all European, have the typical jobs you would find around here but know how to enjoy life as well. The guys are French, Serbian and Danish, the other female is German. We have a preference for another female person to keep the balance.

The house is completely furnished so no worries about logistics. It has a garden, a big kitchen, a long dining table as well as two social areas with cozy chairs and a big sofa. There are three bathrooms. I only added a desk and a chair to the room which I would just leave there if you like them.
