Big bedroom for sublet in EPA. Close to IKEA / bikeable to campus

Sublet available from Jan-Aug with option to renew with everyone else after. The house is spacious and everyone else that lives there is very kind, respectful, and considerate. The first picture is someone around 5'9" laying down, second picture has a mattress topper in one corner and a 6' table in the other corner, to show size.

You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person, but there are two sinks. And the toilet / shower has it's own door, so it's really easy to share.

The whole downstairs is a common area and is really nice for social gatherings.
