Hey there, we have a semi-private/converted room available in our house in Sunnyvale. We’re a group of chill and down to earth young professionals/students working/going to school in the bay area. We thrive off of a co-living oriented environment and hoping to find a clean and friendly roommate whose receptive to that!

We have two rooms available: A conversion room for $990 and a standard bedroom for $1,100

Our location is perfectly centered in the heart of Silicon Valley and situated right near the 280 fwy and a short drive to several local coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Nearby coffee shops include Coffee Drive Up, Green Bakery & Cafe and Starbucks. Nearby restaurants include Cafe Vitale, Tom's Depot and Bell Tower Cafe.

Throughout the house, you’ll find plenty of large windows letting in a lot of natural lighting. The house has a lot of awesome features like a gorgeous wrap around staircase, cathedral ceilings, a stunning and spacious updated kitchen, and a beautiful backyard!!
