Available Sept 6 onwards/ lots of street parking.

We are looking for respectful people who do not leave dirty dishes in the sink, clean after themselves , take garbage out , observe recycle rules.
We do have dishwasher, just rinse it out before you put in the washer.

House policy, no drugs, no pets, no smokers, non intoxicated parties at home.
