Bike to Stanford! Looking for our housemate at the Orchid Haus

Hey potential Roommates! We are looking for new roommates for our Orchid Haus that is 10 minutes biking to Stanford and downtown PA. It's an awesome house with a great backyard with a unique setup. We're on the hunt for a cool and respectful housemate who can respect the house culture. Open house weekend of April 23 with move in on May 6

Location: Midtown PA, close to Stanford in a nice neighborhood. The house has 2 cats! As mentioned, bikeable distance to stanford university and dt Palo Alto!

The house: A beautiful spacious home with a private orchid in the back! The housemates have taken to painting the walls, so the pictured flowery painting is now filled with Nyan cats, unicorns, and horses thanks to the very talented artists in our house :)

The rooms: 1 FURNISHED room available for $1350. Shared bath. Room comes with a bed, super comfy mattress, and a desk.

Your Roommates: One girl working at the plug & play VC firm in San jose, 1 female engineer at Oracle, 1 guy postdoc at stanford, and 1 guy working at Tesla!

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation.

We work hard to make a community that fits well together. It's all about finding people that are a good fit. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don't like living in the house.

Logistics: A 6 month lease with a 45 day trial period in case its not a good fit. Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens stocked - we make your move as easy as possible. :).

You'll also get the added bonus of being part of the hubhaus network (www.thehubhaus.com). We have three other houses, all filled with intelligent, cool, young professionals. If you're moving to the silicon valley or want to make new friends, but don't want to live in a "hacker house"/shared room environment, this is perfect for you. We have barbeques quite often at our other houses and are excited for you to join our extended community.
