bike with slow breaks for sale- $20

I'm selling a women's "Next" bike from Walmart that's almost 2 years old and cost $100 originally. It has breaks that work slowly- they eventually stop the bike but it takes longer than it should. I called the bike shop and they said it will cost $10-20 to fix the breaks. The bike has a single speed- it works fine for getting around campus. Please email me if you're interested.
