My SONY notebook suddenly stopped working and it is out of warranty. So I ordered a Toshiba 17" Vista notebook for its excellent customer review. I brought my SONY to Bestbuy to install a new harddisk drive and it works again! I am selling my new Toshiba at $850 since I no longer need it. Thanks!
