Brand new POC Octal Bike Helmet (retails for $240 at REI)

I recently acquired a new-in-box POC Octal Bike Helmet. The helmet retails for $240 at REI and is considered one of the best on the market. It's a medium, black ("navy-black"); the rest of the specs are available on the REI website:
