...an unfurnished room in a shared place in The Mission, Potrero Hill, Dogpatch, Duboce Triangle, or SoMa...
...with rent and utilities under $1250/month...
...that is available starting between now and 9/2 for at least a year...

I'm leaving a pretty great shared Victorian flat (one of very few) in Palo Alto to get closer to friends, family, good food, and such. I've never paid rent or utilities late, and I plan to keep this up. I'm also happy to put my name down on utility accounts, and generally help out with logistics.
