Bedroom in Quillen Highrise Graduate Housing. Two bedrooms, one bath with a kitchen. Only ONE bedroom is being offered to sublet. In the other bedroom in the apartment there's a male PhD student who's really chill and nice.

I am a masters student hoping to sublet my room while I am away.
The room is spacious and bright, the kitchen is well equipped.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to sublet. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are NOT eligible to sublet.

Facilities: Free facilities include bike parking, FREE laundry on the first floor, a TV lounge with sofas, a study lounge, a ping pong room, and a piano room.

Utilities: Rent includes the following utilities: heat, electricity, water, gas, laundry, and WiFi internet.

Parking: There is some parking available outside the building over the summer, but you must purchase a parking permit that can be purchased online via the Stanford website.
