I am a graduate student at Stanford and I lived in this house for the past four years, but recently moved to SF. Currently, there is one other male graduate student living in the house.

The home is 1250 sqft and has a large yard that runs around the house (front and back). There is also extra storage space in a garage. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower. There is a laundry unit in the house. The house is dog friendly in case you have one! (There are no dogs currently)

The lease term is flexible. Utility bills are shared.

Master Bedroom, $1800/month: This is the larger of the two available rooms. It is large enough even for a couple, and was previously inhabited by a couple. The couple's price for this room is $2200.

Bedroom w/ patio access, $1700/month: This bedroom has a large closet and also has direct access to the backyard and patio.
