Great single speed bike by Brilliant Bicycle, completely tuned up so it'll be good to ride for quite a while. It even has a kickstand (super nice when bike racks are crowded) and it comes with a Bulldog u-lock and a front bike light.
It's medium size, designed for 5'6"-5'9", but it's still rideable outside that range. And it was $350 originally and required self-assembly so this is truly a good deal.
I also spent $40 on a complete tune up at the campus bike shop just a month ago, so it's ready to go!
