brown three seater couch / sofa

We are selling a brown three seater couch / sofa, because we are getting a new sleeper couch. The couch is in good condition and we don't smoke.

We live east of Stanford University campus, our apartment is on the raised ground floor (seven steps down total to reach the driveway).
