I am looking for a female tenant to rent a bedroom in my 3 bed/2 bath
Burlingame condo (~ Sept 15-Dec 15). It can be furnished or
unfurnished. Located in downtown Burlingame, it is walking distance to
Caltrain, Burlingame Ave, Safeway, Mollie Stones, Walgreens, shops,
library, etc. Utilities, wifi, and laundry included. Pool and exercise
room in complex. Rent is $800 per month. Neat and quiet person
desired. No smoking. No pets. This is a three-month rental.
