Buying Camera (Point&Shoot, underwater, DSLR, etc)

Hello!

I'm looking to buy a camera for photo-taking this summer. I'm pretty flexible with what I buy (I've used point and shoots, underwater cameras, and DSLRs and have experience with all of them). Definitely just looking to get back into some amateur photography.

However, I would like to stipulate that I am looking for a pretty good quality camera (not older than four years old and fully functional. Used is not a problem and even preferred if that reduces the price enough.

Two requirements:
-Video capabilities
-At least 10 MP.
