Cal Ave room 930$/month

I'm moving out and looking for someone to replace me. You'd be taking a room in a three bedroom house so you'd inherit two wonderful female roommates, both in grad programs at Stanford. They are laid back, active, work a lot, are relatively clean, and are super respectful.

• The room is 930$/month, utilities not included (usually 30$/month, more in the winter). It's not huge (I'm guessing 12x14?) but has amazing natural light, a big closet, and nice new carpeting. I have a full-sized bed, a shelf, and a set of drawers available if you'd want to purchase them from me.
• You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other person. There's also a 1/2 bath (toilet) downstairs too, adjacent to the kitchen, so plenty of bathroom space. There's plenty of mirror and shelf/closet space.
• Theres a spacious kitchen/dining room and living room on the first floor (bedrooms are upstairs).
• Located two blocks from Cal Ave Caltrain station.
• Laundry machines are coin operated and shared with a few apartment units behind our house. There's a dishwater in the kitchen.

The bed and mattress, shelf, and drawers in the room are also for sale, so I'll give preference to any interested parties who would take those things too.
