Prime Cambridge location with everything within walking distance or one quick subway ride. Just 3 minutes to Porter Square (Red Line), with easy access to Harvard (8 min), MIT (14 min), and MGH (~20 min door to door). Lesley University, grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The room is spacious with great natural light. Communal dine-in kitchen and two shared bathrooms offer daily convenience with privacy—excellent value for Cambridge neighborhood

The space
The house is on the second and third floor. Each floor has three bedrooms and one shared bathroom.

You will have a spacious room with a full bed, a working desk, and a built-in closet. During your stay, you can also enjoy the access to the shared kitchen (fully-equip), shared bathroom (3 people max), and a cute shared porch where you can enjoy a book or a weekend brunch.

The room is on the second floor next to the shared kitchen, so please expect some light noise from foot traffic when other tenants walk by. I have a quiet hour policy (10pm), and I heavily screen my tenants to be respectful and quiet (no-party) working professionals, research fellows or busy grad students. But since it's a shared house, if you are very sensitive to noise, I recommend you to consider booking an entire place instead of a shared space.

Quiet hours: 11 PM–6:00 AM.
Single occupancy only. Overnight visitors require prior approval and may incur a guest fee. Please check with the host in advance.
Shared spaces: Kindly clean the kitchen and bathroom after each use.
Respect the neighbors: No parties, excessive drinking, or illegal substances.
Safety: No smoking or open flames (including candles) inside the home.
Guest verification: After booking is confirmed, we require completion of a guest form and a photo ID on file. Please feel free to inquire before booking if you have any questions regarding this requirement.
