Campus Studio Sublet Available from late July to September [dates flexible]

Hello!

I am a graduate student here at Stanford looking to sublet my studio apartment.

The studio apartment is on campus in Escondido Village and will be available starting late July, all of August, and flexible into September.

It is a 3rd floor unit, clean and quiet, furnished, and comes equipped with an upgraded mattress, additional fans, a humidifier, kettle, good cookware, bedding, a lovely piano, and everything else you’d need.

The price is negotiable depending on the duration of your stay, but to give a ballpark, we’d be working with the figure I myself pay, which is $2110/ month.
