Eating in kitchen keeps bedrm. area rug clean. Kitchen use from 5am to 10pm of: microwave, stove, toaster & refrigerator. ’NO conventional oven.’ Toaster oven with property managers consent.
Dishes & cookware provided. Thoroughly hand-wash your dishes.
House cleaning ~ every 2 - 3 weeks included.
Secure side yard bike parking. FREE car parking on street.
Utilities split amongst all tenants & resident property manager ~ $46 - $75. Wifi included.
