- Both current housemates are mid-20s Stanford graduates working in the area
- One male and one female (3 bedrooms total in the house)
- House activities include major car and bike tinkering, hence the CAR LOVERS WANTED. Tools are plentiful in this house, garage is private, contained, and excellent for multi-day/week/month projects that need a nice door to hide the middle stages of a bigger automotive upgrade.
