• Bedroom is separated from the kitchen and living space by a partial wall. The bedroom can accommodate a Queen mattress, but the space is best suited to a Full/Double bed. A double bed is available for you to use, along with a dresser and armoire closet, about 3.5' wide, with two drawers underneath.
• Bath has a shower, sink, and toilet.
• All new windows, flooring, fridge, and paint
• Washer/Dryer downstairs in the garage.
• 1 outdoor parking space is available (in driveway)
  This studio ADU/apartment is above our garage, which is a separate building from the main home on the property. Private, quiet, very short commute to campus.
  NOTE: 1-year lease desired plus a small deposit. Utilities included: gas, electricity, water, and garbage, plus A/C and parking for 1 car. Small patio outside front door. No pets please.
