Twin mattress & couch available for sleeping, fully furnished living room with 46" TV, furnished breakfast area, kitchen (can use all our kitchenware!), bathroom, patio. Free laundry, free wifi, free central heating. Both occupants will be away, so you have the place to yourself!
Rates for 1 person $750 for whole break or $50 per night.
Rates for 2 people $1200 total for break or $80 per night.
Will ask for deposit for TV/furniture/keys, which will be returned asap if everything looks good :)
