Subletting my good-sized 1-bedroom Menlo Park apartment in the Allied Arts neighborhood; this is a friendly, leafy and quiet part of town, a short bike ride away from campus. The apartment is fully furnished, has a full kitchen with gas stove, bathroom with shower, a large bedroom, several large closets, and a living/dining area; it has hardwood floors and lots of light. The apartment also has a designated off-street parking spot.
Dates of availability are somewhat flexible, ideally between June 15-July 15, while I'm traveling for a conference. Rent is $1150, including utilities.
