We are looking for another male professional, interten, or student roommate. Home is respectful, with no drama, no parties, no drugs, and no smoking in the home.

MUST be employed outside the home, with proof of employment, paycheck stub, refrences. If a student you must have proof of income/how you plan to pay for the rent.

Rent includes furnished room, Spectrum cable tv, wireless internet, pool and Jacquzzi in complex. Kitchen privilges.

$950 per month for rent, plus a refundable deposit, plus 1/3 for electric monthly.

Close to Metro station (Orange line, Bus, Metro, Amtrak) walking distance. CSUN, Pierce colleges approximately 4 miles away.
