The apartment consists of one bedroom, one living room (which is nicely converted to and used as a bedroom), one kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony. It is the property of Stanford University Housing Dept and is maintained by Stanford Housing.

The bedroom is occupied by a nice male Ph.D. student, so I am subleasing the spacious living room. There is in the living room a single bed, a big desk, a two-seat sofa, a dining table, a tea table, a spacious closet, two night stands, several chairs, French windows (leading to balcony) and curtains. BBQ area available outside.

There are stoves, an oven, a sink and a microwave in the kitchen. There is a nice lobby in the building.
