This is a beautiful rustic home that is conveniently located in the heart of the Woodside hills with a lot of space and a big backyard/garden area. A 15-minute drive to the 280 freeway and Standford, the location is great for those who want a remote feel but also live close to civilization. The Wunderlich Preserve is ONE BLOCK from the house and there is a local market 10 mins away! This house has plenty of common areas, a pool table in the garage, and INCREDIBLE views from the wooden deck.

If you are someone who values community and getting along with your roommates, we'd love to get to know you! Our house spends time together and we enjoy having friends and family over. We're looking for someone who is interested in doing the same. Don't worry if you are new to the area--we will make you feel right at home! All the housemates are young, working professionals.

The room is spacious and has great natural light! Cost of rent is $790. Lease terms are 6 months, 3-month optional for $50 more.
