Spacious, beautiful home in the heart of Redwood City. Walking distance to the CalTrain and downtown Redwood City, which has grocery stores, shopping, theaters, restaurants, and bars. Mars Haus is only a few minutes drive to the El Camino Real and 101 Freeways. The house has built-in speakers in the kitchen for listening to music while cooking, a large mounted flat-screen TV and wet bar in the living room, and comes fully furnished! The yard is well-kept and will be regularly serviced!

If you are someone who values community and getting along with your roommates, we'd love to get to know you! Our house spends time together and we enjoy having friends and family over. We're looking for someone who is interested in doing the same. Don't worry if you are new to the area--we will make you feel right at home! All the housemates are young, working professionals.

The room is spacious and has great natural light! Cost of rent is $1,350. Lease terms are 6 months, 3-month optional for $50 more.
