This tiny home of ~300 SF is best suited for one to two people. It is used as a family and friend getaway and available for rent the rest of the year.

A lot of love and thought was placed into building a compact, everything you need space in northeast Los Angeles. El Sereno is a transitional neighborhood, close to USC Keck Medical campus, Pasadena, DTLA, Highland Park & near major freeways.

Dogs upon approval. We have wildlife in LA, especially 90032, & dogs cannot be left outside unattended.

The space
Standalone studio casita with a sleeping loft (king size bed), full kitchen including an electric range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, and full bathroom.

There is a full size washer and dryer in unit exclusively for your use. 40” TV for streaming.

Outdoor space with loveseat to lounge/relax or even work.

Guest access
This back house (casita) is accessed by walking up the driveway to the pavers along the side of the main house, which lead to the casita. The outdoor space in front of the casita with the loveseat is for guest use.

The property is accessed via keyless entry.
