A lovely single bedroom with garden views and a full bathroom shared with one other person is available September 1. Can be short term or month to month. For female only because of shared spaces.

The room has ample closet space, cabinets, couch, hardwood floors and rug, small pull down desk, single bed, bookcase, standing lamp. Corner window and additional window.

ALL utilities are included along with high-speed internet access. Shared spaces include kitchen and dining/sitting room, laundry in garage, and patio. Weekly / bi-weekly cleaning provided.

We are a vegetarian household of mother (who works in SF and her home office) and 23-year-old daughter together with a small friendly terrier mix dog.

No overnight guests. Vegetarian cooking only.

The house is located in a beautiful Palo Alto residential area between 101 and downtown Palo Alto. Biking to Stanford takes 15 minutes, 10 minutes to downtown Palo Alto with its restaurants, bars, shops and Caltrain. Bullet train to San Francisco (40 min.) and Mountain View (10 min.).

$1,350 a month and $650 refundable deposit.
