Clean and quiet Palo Alto bedroom with shared bathroom near downtown.

A lovely single bedroom with garden views and a full bathroom (shared with one other person) is available starting now! The room has ample closet and cabinet space, with a couch, hardwood floors, a rug, a small pull down desk, a single bed, a bookcase, and a standing lamp. Corner window and additional window bring in light from 2 directions.

ALL utilities are included along with high-speed internet access. Shared spaces includes kitchen and dining/sitting room, laundry in garage. Bi-weekly cleaning provided. No overnight guests. We take our shoes off inside.

We are a vegetarian household of a mother (who works in SF and her home office) and her 23-year-old daughter (who is a student and works part-time) together with a small, friendly terrier mix dog (who doesn’t have a job… what a freeloader!) — Because of our diet, we ask that only pre-packaged meat products be brought into the house (please do not cook fish/chicken/meat in the common kitchen).

The house is located in a beautiful Palo Alto residential area called Crescent Park, between 101 and downtown Palo Alto. Biking to Stanford takes 15 minutes, 10 minutes to downtown Palo Alto with its restaurants, bars, shops and Caltrain. Bullet train to San Francisco (40 min.) and Mountain View (10 min.). The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for strolls, with a beautiful park around the corner.
