Here is what we got:
We are in a lovely triplex , upstairs only 2 apartments, meaning you will only have to deal with one neighboring apartment.
The two occupants next door are a postdoc who stayed with us for the last three years
and a Visiting Medical Student researcher from Germany who worked with Stem cells.
We have a history of housing postdoc, researchers and interns from all over the world.
Many move on to professorships in Germany, France , Switzerland and Denmark.
Our interns moved on to become postdocs , MD, or into their industry. We are proud of them.
We are meticulous in choosing responsible and considerate individuals to become housemates
even before Covid .
Now are are even more selective .We are not into just filling the vacancy.
We want to have the right people who can mutually benefit from the environment.
We have a 2 bedroom apartment with each person have their own bathroom, NO need to share.
Turn key kitchen with stainless steel appliances , Dishwasher and convection oven.
Kitchen and bathroom are tiled and other areas are wood floors.
Laundry room/ machine is new and coins free.
Whole apartment is fully furnished , just move in with your bags.
Everyone knows your name here and you share a newly paved courtyard with Mediterranean tiles with
home grown vegetable , squash and fruit trees. Feel free to chill out.
If you are on your own and do not have anyone to room with , this is your chance.
You can rent just one bedroom one bath and share common area with one other .
Or if you know who you want to room with, all the better, yet you are not responsible for the other person's lease agreement.
Our previous residents really appreciate this aspect esp postdocs they don't know when their next offer comes around.

That is how serious we take. There you have a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and accessible to door dash.
Deal breakers : No smoking, no drugs, no heavy drinking , no pets and no overnight guest.
We are not a party house, most people are serious and excel in what they do.
