College Terrace 1Br Hardwood Floor, Available Now

Looking for a chill roommate to share a pretty awesome 2 bedroom apartment in college terrace, right off Cal Ave. I'm a mid-twenties male, recent Stanford grad now working at a local tech startup, and I still kind of crash courses on campus because learning is a life long journey :)

About the apartment:
-It's pretty spacious with basic furniture (couch + table).
-2nd floor
-Lots of light
-Hardwood floors
-One bathroom
-One kitchen with a decent amount of storage and a gas stove.
-Free shared washer and dryer downstairs

The room:
-It's reasonably big, with a walk-in closet. It's the larger of the two rooms.

Rent&Bills:
-Current rent is $2200 per month, and we'll split it 50/50, so $1100 each. Now, the landlord has mentioned in the past that he would eventually raise the rent to $2600. This would bring the rent to $1300 per person. You should assume that this is what you will have to pay.
-Deposit: the landlord asked me for last month deposit so that'll be $1100.
-Bills: Electricity/Gas was around $80 a month and internet is $50. Water/Garbage are included. So total would be $65 of bills per month.
-Maid: none at the moment. Previous roommate and I took turns to clean up. I'm fine doing that still or to get a maid if that's easier for you.
-others: i'm not too picky about the rest and don't mind covering small additional expenses.
