College Terrace (Palo Alto) Furnished Room in Four Bedroom House

Furnished room for rent in College Terrace neighborhood in Palo Alto starting April 1st, ending June 31st. However, you have the option to jump on a new lease starting July 1, when my term ends. There are currently four people living in the house, all males. One person has his own bath, while the other three of us share a bathroom. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and the living room is set up with couch and dining table. The bedroom comes furnished with a bed and dresser and potentially, a desk. There is a large closet for hanging clothes/personal storage. Plus, a fifth bedroom is currently unoccupied, which serves as a guest bed for friends and storage for extra stuff. Laundry is at the house and is free. There is a BBQ open for anyone to use. The roommates are very respectful guys. None of us spend much time in the house, so it's generally very quiet and the kitchen is very seldom used, meaning you can use it as often and for as long as you'd like, with no interruption! Looking for graduate students who want a conveniently located, quiet home in Palo Alto.
