College Terrace room for rent with SEPARATE ENTRANCE - $900 month

Hi there,

My husband and I are moving into a 4-bedroom house in College Terrace and we'd like to rent out one of the rooms. We don't have any children, so it would be perfect for a student who needs quiet or a working professional.

The house has a nice front yard and big back yard. The room is on the first floor and has a separate entrance. It is about 10 x 11 feet and has it's own shower/bathroom. No access to the main house, but we'd provide a small refrigerator and a microwave. The $900 would include utilities and Internet access. We haven't moved in yet, but we might even be able to hook up the room with cable TV access as well (will talk to Comcast and see if the room is cable ready).

The house is about 4 blocks from Stanford in a clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood. You would have parking in the driveway. The lease is a minimum of 6 months or could be longer if you want.

The other tenants are still moving out so we can't get photos yet...but will try to do that ASAP.
