Your Roomies:
The house is currently occupied by 4 adventurers: people from Germany, Scotland & the East Coast - It is the perfect melting pot of adventure and culture. With hiking, kiting, biking, yoga and cooking sessions frequently on the menu, we welcome you with open arms!
The House:
A picturesque A-framed house in the beautiful Los Altos; it is within a 1 mile of major stores, and with great connections to 101, 280 & Cal-Train. The house comes with Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, internet, large driveway, space for Yoga/Activities as well as furniture for the communal areas. We have plenty of room for more!
The Room:
It is 10x10, with a built-in wardrobe. The rent will be $1,300 excluding utilities. It is available from July 1st. The furniture comes with an additional 50$/month or we can find an agreement about it (furniture includes the most comfortable bed you can imagine).
About you:
Community is important to us; we want to socialize and mingle with you. We welcome new cultures and we encourage activities together! We also respect privacy and cleanliness; communal areas must be enjoyable for everyone!
