Comfortable private bedroom in 4 bed 2 bath house share

Hello!

We have two rooms available in our 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom home available for rent for a one year co-signed lease beginning June 1st, 2018 through May 31st, 2019. Located in East Palo Alto, a very central part of the peninsula with quick access to Highway 101.

Our home is the place we go to for relaxation and recharging after work and hope to find roommates who also want to maintain a relaxing and homey environment with positive roommate relations. We are seeking people who similarly want to keep common spaces very clean, keep late hours quiet, and are trustable.

This lease is for one year, beginning June 1st, 2018 to May 31st 2019. Please know that you will be co-signing onto the lease with us and will equally share the responsibilities of signing the one-year lease term for the 4 bedroom house.

The larger bedroom is $1025/month, the smaller bedroom is $950/month.

Safety deposit: ¼ of the total house safety deposit.

A bathroom shared with one other roommate
Shared living room space with three other roommates
Shared backyard with three other roommates
Driveway parking
Laundry machine & dryer
Dishwasher, oven, gas-stove top range
Your own designated cabinet space in the kitchen

PG&E, water, and Internet are not included and range from $80 in the summer to $120 in the winter per person. (PG&E and water vary according to use, and these are estimates).

First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and safety deposit would be expected.

Current two housemates are 2 female working professionals who are quiet and clean. One of us have lived here for 2 years and the other of us has lived here for 1 year, and we both feel that the house and neighborhood are quite comfortable. One of us has two cockatiels (small birds) living in the back bedroom, but sorry, our lease does not allow more pets - no exceptions.
