Monthly Rent: Each room is $975 + split utilities (1/4 PG&E, 1/4 Water, 1/4 Comcast Internet)
Note: we have 2 rooms available. Security Deposit and first month's rent is expected upon move in.

**What we are looking for: **
Working professionals, postdocs, or graduate students are priority, but we are open to all interested applicants.
Seeking people whom have positive energy, keep common spaces very clean, maintain comfortable homely atmosphere for all roommates, and has the ability to sign on a 1 year lease with us from June - May.

Landlord will require standard expected items with application: (1) credit report, (2) proof of income/stipend.
