We have one comfortable private bedroom available in our spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home available for rent beginning June 1st.

Lease: one year (June 2017 - May 2018)

The lease you will be signing is for this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with monthly rent of $3900/month plus $4500 refundable security deposit. Utilities are separate. We intend to have 4 co-signers onto the lease - one for each bedroom.
Refundable Security Deposit: $1125
Monthly Rent: Each room is $1300 (This is 1/3 of the house rent) + split utilities (1/3 PG&E, 1/3 Water, 1/3 Comcast Internet)

Security Deposit and first month's rent is expected upon move in.

The room and house:
Room has standard sized closet. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room spaces are shared with roommates
Not furnished
Kitchen has dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cabinet space, garbage disposal
Two living rooms have comfortable couches and large flat screen televisions for shared use
Washer & Drier in unit
Lots of back yard space, small grill, and shed with space for storage
Drive way parking
Good neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Close to Stanford, Major Tech companies, and Public Transit!
Stanford - 15 min drive, 30 min bike ride

Current Roommates:
Three female working professionals.

What we are looking for:
Working professionals, postdocs, or graduate students are priority, but we are open to all interested applicants. Must have ability to comfortably cover rent.
Seeking people whom have positive energy, keep common spaces very clean, maintain comfortable homely atmosphere for all roommates, and has the ability to sign on a 1 year lease with us from June - May.
Sorry, no couples in one bedroom.
