Community House looking for a new roommate

We're a fun loving group of Bay Area young professionals. We work in a wide variety of fields, have a wide variety of hobbies, but all enjoy living and sharing space together as friends. We're losing one of our members and would like to replace them with a community-minded individual.

About the house:

8bedroom, 3bath. <p>This house is in a very convenient location nearby various grocery stores, Philz coffee is just around the corner, and just a quick 10 minutes drive to University Ave. The kitchen is very spacious, and the backyard is perfect for an afternoon grill. Overall the neighborhood is beautiful, and in a very quiet area of Palo Alto. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p> We're CalTrain. Our room will be opening up December 2nd for 1,225.
